I began my time at Anthropologie in the summer of 2024 as a sales associate. Within two months I was promoted to the Assistant Department Manager position at my store. As an ADM I help to manage our associates, customer service experience, and assist our stylist and Visual Merchandising Manager with mannequin dressing, stylist picks and sessions, and giving every customer the confidence building shopping environment they deserve.

My experience at Anthropologie has given me the opportunity to expand my knowledge and skills around visual merchandising. I have been in charge of the Out Of Case display, this includes all jewelry, sunglasses, and hair accessories. Using the visual messaging provided from the company, it was my responsibility to ensure our display utilized the same key details while reworking in accordance to the product on hand. This experience is one I am excited to develop more, and utilize with other departments.
